Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our puzzles worldwide.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Domestic orders will be delivered within 3 business days. International shipping may take up to 15 business days. We aim to ship all orders promptly and will provide tracking information once your order has shipped.

What is your return policy?
We do not offer refunds or returns. All sales are final. However, if your puzzle arrives damaged, defective, or with missing pieces, please contact us for a replacement or exchange.

Do you have physical stores?
Our puzzles are currently available at Poppin @ Tanglin Mall (Singapore).

​What is the trade-in program?
Our trade-in program is only available within Singapore. It allows you to return completed puzzles and receive a 15% discount on your next purchase. Traded-in puzzles may be re-sold at a discount, donated, or used for other initiatives. This program helps reduce waste and maximises the lifespan of each puzzle. If you would like to trade-in your completed puzzle, please drop us an email!
